it will work plug and play. But for best perfomance it requires a Marlin thermistor settings change. thermistor line from 1 to 13. and if you want 300c then you need to change max temp in the firmware to 320c (marlin has a 15-20c buffer)

Please be careful tightening the thermistor, the case is brass and only requires very light tightening otherwise it will deform.

For X2 or Gpro you may need to file the ABL SENSOR Plastic mounting bracket holes into slots to give adjustment.
